For whom is Supernatural logo Stainless Steel Watch designed?
Supernatural logo Stainless Steel Watch. Fans of the Supernatural series recently expressed their opinions: I’ve been doing a re-watch lately (deep in Season 11 rn), and I love the way I notice new things every time. I’ve been paying more attention to the nuances of Jared’s performance , the little gestures & glances that I hadn’t caught on previous viewings. I’ve always preferred seasons 1-8 in general, rewatching episodes from those seasons the most, but rewatching the latter half has reminded me that there’s some really fantastic stuff in Seasons 9-12. “Bad Seed” is one of my favorite episodes of all time, and the Season 11 opening episodes where Sam has to cure his Darkness disease on his own is brilliant. Sam’s face off/torture in early Season 12 is also quite good. What I’ve been thinking about lately is how Dean is really the hero in the first half (he’s always saving his brother), but in the latter seasons, more often than not, that dynamic is switched (Dean is going evil/getting in trouble, Sam is saving him). It’s true that by the middle of Season 12 (in my opinion), the series has really started to lose steam. There are fewer “wow” moments, and there’s a lot of retreading on previous seasons’ plots/themes. As far as the ending goes, I didn’t think it was too bad–Dean was always meant to go out fighting, and Sam always wanted a normal life. And “The Empty” isn’t such a bad fate for Cas** (personally, I’d rather be in The Empty than in a “personalized Heaven bubble” in a corporate hallway, for all eternity. I’ll take endless sleep, thanks). I agree 100% that it was a problem of execution. Dean dies to some pretty weak monsters and in a pretty weak way (the spike); Sam’s old age makeup is pretty bad, and a montage wasn’t the best narrative choice for showing his life post-hunting/Dean. Nobody was going to be happy with how it ended, but the characters all got relatively happy endings. It would have been far worse if they had ended on a cliffhanger (although I personally would have liked it to end with Sam and Dean driving away in the Impala, both of them still alive). The open-ended ending for Cas was one annoyance for me–is he in The Empty? Or is he in Heaven, like Bobby suggests? No answers were provided. I prefer to think of Cas in the empty, because his story was over and he fulfilled his bargain in finding his moment of true happiness.
